1. Security summary
Zavvion designs and implements operational systems that may involve CRM records, caller information, lead data, booking data and workflow automation. Security controls should be proportionate to the client’s sector, data sensitivity and risk.
2. Baseline controls
- role-based access and least privilege;
- multi-factor authentication where available;
- strong password management;
- secure API key and credential handling;
- client workspace separation where practical;
- logs and audit trails where supported;
- secure offboarding of users and tools;
- supplier due diligence for material providers; and
- incident response and breach escalation process.

Report suspected vulnerabilities or security issues to info@zavvion.com. Please do not access, alter, destroy, exfiltrate or disclose data when reporting a vulnerability.
